Privacy policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

The short version: we only collect the details you choose to send us through our enquiry form, we use them to reply to you, we don’t sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Who we are

This website, cleanifyr.com, is run by Brad, trading as Cleanifyr, based in the United Kingdom. Cleanifyr helps cleaning companies find new regular clients through advertising. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Cleanifyr.

We are the “controller” of the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide how and why it’s used.

How to contact us

For any privacy question or request, please use the enquiry form on our homepage and start your message with the word “Privacy”. We’ll reply to the email address you give us.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send our enquiry form, we collect:

  • your name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it
  • your business name and the area you cover
  • optionally, how many new clients you could take on, your monthly ad budget, and anything else you choose to tell us

The cost calculator. The numbers you enter into our cost calculator are worked out in your own browser. They are not sent to us or stored anywhere.

Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. Our hosting provider may set a small security cookie to protect the site from bots and abuse. This is strictly necessary for the site to work safely, so it doesn’t need your consent.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with service providers that help us run this website. They act on our instructions and must keep it secure:

  • Cloudflare: hosts this website and protects it from attacks.
  • Formspree: receives the enquiry form and forwards it to us by email.
  • Google Fonts: supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.

We may also share information if the law requires us to, or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards the law allows, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the UK’s approved contract clauses, so your information stays protected.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: up to 12 months after our last contact, if we don’t go on to work together.
  • Clients: for as long as we work together, then up to 6 years for legal and accounting reasons.
  • Technical logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period, in line with their own policies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct anything that’s wrong or incomplete
  • ask us to delete your information
  • object to us using your information, including for marketing
  • ask us to restrict how we use it
  • ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere

To use any of these rights, contact us as described above. We’ll respond within one month. There’s normally no charge.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if anything changes, for example when we add new services or tools. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
